Privacy Policy & Terms of Service

Last Updated: September 1, 2026

Dialer's Apps operates more than one product. This page covers Global Chaos CB Radio (GCCR), CB Radio X, KAOS-FM, and Walkie Talkie Machine (WTM). Product-specific sections below explain what each one collects.

Privacy — Global Chaos CB Radio (GCCR)

Dialer's Apps does not collect your real name, home address, email, phone number, contacts, or GPS location for account identity. Accounts are based on nicknames, not government or contact identity. Dialer's Apps does not run its own product-analytics stack on the Service (for example, Google Analytics). Hosts, CDNs, and networks involved in delivering the Service may process connection metadata as part of normal internet routing.

Ads (AdMob): The Android build may use Google AdMob. Google and its partners may collect device/ad identifiers, IP address, device/app info, and ad interaction data to serve and measure ads, fight fraud, and (where permitted) personalize ads. That is Google's collection, not Dialer's Apps directly. See Google's AdMob/ads privacy disclosures. VIP/ad-free users may not see ads.

Preferences (nickname, theme, audio settings, and similar) may be stored on your device and synced for convenience. We may also store session/channel state, nicknames, account persistence data needed for bans and preferences, leaderboard data, mute records, user-to-user block records (where the product exposes blocking), and temporary private-message or media relay for delivery. For designated 21+ Chaos Zone channels (United States / Channel 1, Shark Tank / Channel 7, The Final Revolution / Channel 13, and Bastard Orphans / Channel 14), we require a one-time birth-date attestation so you are not repeatedly asked for your date of birth. Voice channels are not routinely recorded as a standing archive. Clearing local data resets local storage and may not erase synced preferences. Contact: [email protected].

Privacy — KAOS-FM

KAOS-FM is a standalone comedy / prank-call radio player (web at cbradio.pages.dev/kaosfm and the Android app dev.pages.dialersapps.kaosfm). It is not a CB radio lobby: there is no nickname, no voice channel, no inbox, and no account sign-up.

What Dialer's Apps does not collect for KAOS-FM: your real name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, microphone or camera recordings, GPS location, or any account profile. We do not run Google Analytics or our own product-analytics stack on KAOS-FM.

What stays on your device: the app may store small amounts of data in browser or WebView storage — for example, which automation tracks were recently played (so repeats are less likely) and a random listener ID used only for the features below. Clearing site or app data removes this.

Anonymous listener count: while you are actively listening, KAOS-FM may send a short heartbeat to our server (server.cbradioapp.com) with a random device-local fingerprint and a listening on/off flag. We use this only to estimate how many people are tuned in and show a listener badge. We do not tie that fingerprint to your name, email, or a GCCR account. Entries expire automatically after about a minute without a heartbeat.

Streams and hosts: when you press play, the app loads audio from our CDN and, during live show blocks, from third-party affiliate stream URLs. On some mobile builds, live streams may be relayed through our server so playback works reliably — that relay sees normal connection metadata (such as IP address and timing) but is not used to build a marketing profile. Hosts, CDNs, stream providers, and your network may also log delivery metadata the same way any internet audio service does.

Ads (Android app only): the KAOS-FM Android app shows a bottom Google AdMob banner. Google and its partners may collect device/ad identifiers, IP address, device and app information, and ad interaction data to serve and measure ads, fight fraud, and (where permitted) personalize ads. That collection is governed by Google’s policies, not by Dialer's Apps directly. The web player at cbradio.pages.dev/kaosfm does not show AdMob ads.

Support email: if you contact us at [email protected], we receive whatever you choose to put in that message.

Privacy — Walkie Talkie Machine (WTM)

Walkie Talkie Machine is a minimal push-to-talk walkie talkie client (web at cbradio.pages.dev/wtm.html and the Android app dev.pages.dialersapps.wtm). It uses the same voice network as Global Chaos CB Radio but with no email signup, no inbox, and a stripped-down interface.

What stays on your device: a generated device fingerprint, optional block list, volume and PTT mode preferences, and a random display name (for example, “Walkie Talkie #1234”). No email or real-name account is required.

Voice relay: when you talk or listen, audio is relayed through our server (server.cbradioapp.com) in real time. Voice is not stored as a standing archive on our servers. Connection metadata (IP address, timing, channel) may be logged for abuse prevention and service operation the same way as GCCR.

Ads (Android app only): the Android app may show Google AdMob banners. Google and its partners may collect device/ad identifiers and related ad data under Google’s policies. The web player does not show AdMob ads.

Privacy — CB Radio X: Worldwide PTT

CB Radio X: Worldwide PTT is a streamlined push-to-talk CB radio client (web at cbradio.pages.dev/cbx.html and the Android app dev.pages.dialersapps.cbx). It uses the same voice network as Global Chaos CB Radio on a single worldwide channel, with optional text-only private messages.

What stays on your device: a generated device fingerprint, optional block list, volume and PTT mode preferences, messenger on/off preference, and your chosen display nickname.

Private messages (optional): when Chaos Messenger is enabled, text messages you send or receive are relayed through the same infrastructure as GCCR whispers. Messages are not marketed as end-to-end encrypted. You can disable messenger entirely in sidebar settings.

Ads (Android app only): the CB Radio X Android app shows Google AdMob banners. Google and its partners may collect device/ad identifiers and related ad data under Google’s policies. The web player does not show AdMob ads.

Terms of Service — Global Chaos CB Radio (GCCR)

The GCCR Service is an adult-oriented voice platform. High schoolers are not permitted. By using it, you represent you are an adult (at least 18) and agree to these Terms and the Privacy sections above. Designated Chaos Zone channels (United States / Channel 1, Shark Tank / Channel 7, The Final Revolution / Channel 13, and Bastard Orphans / Channel 14) additionally require you to be at least 21. Jam Session / Channel 11 is part of the Chaos Zone floor but is not age-gated. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.

1. Age (no high schoolers; Chaos Zone 21+)

No high schoolers. You must be an adult (18+) to use the Service. Certain Chaos Zone channels (including United States / Channel 1, Shark Tank / Channel 7, The Final Revolution / Channel 13, and Bastard Orphans / Channel 14) are designated 21+. Jam Session / Channel 11 is part of the Chaos Zone floor but is not age-gated. We ask for a one-time date of birth and store an age attestation for those designated 21+ channels. We do not routinely verify age with government ID and are not law enforcement. If we determine or reasonably believe a user is underage for the Service or for a gated channel, we may ban or block access.

2. Bans, Access, and Responsibility

Operator content bans: For user content and participation, we ban for (1) underage use (Section 1), and (2) child sexual abuse / pedophilic content — sexualization or exploitation of minors in any form (text, audio, images, video, or other media). We do not want to hear it or see it. Dialer's Apps does not condone or welcome talk that sexualizes or exploits minors. A bare accusation that someone is a pedophile, without prohibited content, is not by itself treated as that banned content.

We do not operate general content moderation or content bans beyond those two grounds. That limitation does not restrict our ability under Section 6 to suspend or terminate access for operational, security, payment/fraud, Terms-violation, or legal-compliance reasons that are not “content moderation” of ordinary speech. Other disputes and alleged crimes are between users and, where applicable, law enforcement. Dialer's Apps is not the police and does not run a police-reporting, evidence-preservation, or crime-investigation system. Email to [email protected] is optional and may be used for Section 1 or child-sexual-abuse ban decisions and for other access decisions we choose to consider; it creates no duty to act, investigate, preserve evidence, notify anyone, or contact authorities, except where we independently determine we are legally required to do so.

Only Dialer's Apps enforces these Terms; there are no user/community moderators. We have no duty to monitor the Service. You own your content and are solely responsible for it and for your interactions with others. You grant Dialer's Apps a limited license only to transmit, temporarily store for delivery, and technically process your content to operate the Service — not to adopt or endorse it. Dialer's Apps is not responsible for user content or user/third-party conduct (including speech, media, threats, doxxing, stalking, or offline acts).

3. Disclaimers and Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIALER'S APPS IS NOT LIABLE FOR USER CONTENT OR USER/THIRD-PARTY CONDUCT, AND IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. SUBJECT TO THE SAME LIMIT, TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including, where such rules apply, liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits; in those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent still allowed. Do not use the Service while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything that needs full attention; you assume that risk and Dialer's Apps disclaims resulting harm to the maximum extent permitted by law.

4. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify Dialer's Apps and its officers, agents, and providers against claims arising from your use of the Service, your content or conduct, your interactions with others, or your violation of these Terms or law. This obligation does not require you to indemnify Dialer's Apps for Dialer's Apps' own willful misconduct where such a requirement would be unenforceable.

5. Arbitration; Governing Law

Please read this section carefully. Except for qualifying small-claims actions and except where prohibited by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Hearings may be held virtually; if an in-person hearing is required, it will take place in Concord, New Hampshire, unless the arbitrator determines another location is required by law or AAA rules. Class actions and jury trials are waived to the maximum extent permitted by law. The arbitrator decides arbitrability and the validity/scope of this arbitration agreement. If the class waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim (and only that claim) may proceed in court; the rest of this arbitration agreement still applies to individual claims. These Terms are governed by New Hampshire law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would require another state's law, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration agreement.

Opt-out: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms (or of this arbitration section first applying to you) by emailing [email protected] with subject "Arbitration Opt-Out," your name, any app nickname, and the approximate date you first used the Service. Opt-out does not affect prior disputes. If you opt out, or if this arbitration agreement is found unenforceable as to you, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there, except where prohibited by law.

6. Changes; Termination; Entire Agreement

We may change these Terms by posting updates; continued use after the updated "Last Updated" date is acceptance of the revised Terms. We may suspend or terminate access at any time without notice for any reason, including operational reasons, security, fraud, legal compliance, or violation of these Terms — not only Section 1–2 content bans. Indemnity, liability limits, and arbitration survive. If any provision is invalid, the rest remains in effect. These Terms and this Privacy Policy are the entire agreement regarding the Service. Contact: [email protected].

7. Copyright / DMCA

If you believe material available through the Service infringes your copyright, email a takedown notice to [email protected] with subject "DMCA Notice." Include: (1) identification of the copyrighted work; (2) identification of the material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (channel, nickname, time, URL, or content hash if known); (3) your contact information; (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act; and (6) your physical or electronic signature. Dialer's Apps will review complete notices and may remove or disable access to the identified material. This is a notice channel only; it is not a police-reporting system and does not create a duty to monitor the Service.

BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.
